The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Amicable Debt Collection Services For The Ordering Party, Including Penalties Charged For Overdue Library Collections And Debt Collection For Unreturned Collections In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.2. The Estimated Value Of Receivables Covered By Debt Collection Is Pln 953,846.00 (In Words: Nine Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Six Zlotys 00/100).3. The Scope Of Debt Collection Activities Includes In Particular: A) Sending Written Requests For Payment To Debtors Indicated By The Ordering Party; B) Conducting Telephone And Correspondence Contact With Debtors; C) Conducting Settlement Negotiations With Debtors; D) Informing The Ordering Party About Each Payment Made By The Debtor; E) Preparing And Submitting Reports To The Ordering Party On The Course Of Debt Collection Activities; F) Keeping Records Of Cases Submitted For Debt Collection.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Act Only On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Applicable Law.5. The Order Covers Only Amicable Debt Collection. Any Court Or Enforcement Actions May Be Carried Out Only On The Basis Of A Separate Written Order Or A Separate Agreement.
