The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Network Equipment For The Needs Of The Jabłonka Commune Under The Cybersecure Local Government Program In Accordance With The Attached Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Nomenclature Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 32424000-1 Network Infrastructure 72611000-6 Technical Support Services2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Annexes: Annex No. 8 Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Required Warranty Period: For Each Equipment/Equipment, The Minimum Warranty Period And Warranty Conditions Are Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 8)4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.5. Equivalence With Respect To Standards And Technical Specifications. 1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party At A Level Not Lower Than That Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; 3) In Situations When The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described; 4) Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Technical Documentation Or Other Documents Included In This Procedure) Includes Indications Regarding A Specific (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Materials Or Standards Referred To In Article 101, Sections 1-3 Of The Pzp), It Means That The Ordering Party Used The Above Terms As Examples And Auxiliaries. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documents Of This Procedure.
