The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Organizational And Technical Support Services And Security For The International Industry Fair Dual-Use & Defence Bydgoszcz 2026 Taking Place On October 6-7, 2026 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Event), Organized By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Following Tasks: 1) Servicing The Conference Area, 2) Providing Simultaneous Polish-English And English-Polish Translation, 3) Organizing And Providing Service For The Trade Fair Office, 4) Organizing And Providing Cloakroom Service For Event Participants, 5) Providing Cleaning Services, 6) Providing Security For The Event, 7) Providing Medical Support For The Event, 8) Providing Services In The Field Of Fire Protection (Fire Protection).
