Expression of Interest are invited for Delivering Agribusiness Leadership Program (ALP) to Cereals Producing Community Watershed Users Description: Background and Context:The Community Action for Landscape Management Program 2 (CALM 2) supports watershed restoration and livelihood development in Ethiopia through climate-smart agriculture, income-generating activities, value chain linkages, and market-oriented support to Community Watershed Users Cooperative Societies (CWUCS). Under CALM 2, IFCs Agribusiness Leadership Program (ALP) will be delivered to selected cereals-producing cooperatives to strengthen their business management capacity, market orientation, financial management, customer service, and ability to engage with private sector off-takers and anchor clients.Objectives and Scope of the Assignment:The objective of the assignment is to engage a qualified local training service provider to deliver ALP training and coaching to 80 cereals-producing CWUCS in selected CALM 2 project areas in Oromia, Sidama, and Central Ethiopia. The assignment will include reviewing ALP training materials, participating in IFC-led ToT/ToC refresher sessions, delivering five-day in-person training to approximately 320 cooperative leaders, providing 12 follow-up coaching sessions per cooperative, supporting baseline and endline assessment coordination, and reporting on progress, lessons, gender-disaggregated participation, cooperative performance improvements, cereal aggregation/sales volumes, financial values, and off-taker contracts.Key Result Indicators:The assignment is expected to contribute to the following results: 80 cooperatives receiving in-depth advisory services; 1215 trainers/coaches participating in ToT/ToC; ALP cooperative training and coaching materials reviewed and applied; approximately 22 training and coaching events delivered; at least 48 cooperatives implementing recommended changes; and at least 34 cooperatives reporting improved performance, including increased aggregation/sales volumes and expanded off-taker contracts.
