Join us with a commitment to help us bring about a more caring society, as National Consultancy: Provision of Conflict Sensitivity and Social Cohesion Trainings within the REMARKET project The REMARKET project, implemented by Caritas Switzerland with Caritas Ukraine (CUA), Caritas-Spes Ukraine (CSU) and SPARK, seeks a qualified Ukrainian consultant or consultancy firm to design and deliver practical conflict-sensitivity and social-cohesion training for at least 50 REMARKET-supported MSME representatives and relevant partner staff. The assignment aims to strengthen conflict-sensitive, inclusive and fair business and programme practices in the Ukrainian context and includes one in-person consultation with Caritas Switzerland in Kyiv or Lviv. Please note this is a short version of the Terms of Reference (ToR). The full ToR, including detailed evaluation questions, methodology, and application requirements, is available at the link here: Terms of Reference Tasks: Participate in an online kick-off meeting with Caritas Switzerland and partners to confirm target groups, delivery arrangements, participant data and the training schedule. Review relevant REMARKET documents, conduct a short needs-scoping discussion with project staff, and hold one in-person consultation with Caritas Switzerland in Kyiv or Lviv. Develop a practical, participatory training package in Ukrainian based on do no harm and conflict-sensitivity principles, tailored to partner staff and MSME owners/managers/senior representatives. Propose and implement an efficient delivery model reaching at least 50 partner staff and MSME representatives, taking account of accessibility, security and the CHF 5,000 budget ceiling. Deliver the approved training in manageable cohorts, normally including at least four online sessions via Zoom or MS Teams. Administer brief pre- and post-training knowledge checks and a participant feedback form using proportionate, data-minimising methods. Support participating MSMEs to prepare a short conflict-sensitive business action plan or commitment statement and partner staff to identify practical integration actions. Deliver one consolidated online follow-up Q&A session after the training cycle to reinforce learning and address implementation questions. Prepare a concise final report with delivery results, learning evidence, participant feedback, challenges, recommendations and required annexes. Rquirements: Ukrainian national and Ukraine-based consultant, or legally registered Ukrainian consultancy firm/organisation able to provide the required services. At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in conflict sensitivity and social cohesion in conflict-affected settings. Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating practical learning programs, preferably for MSMEs or corporate industry. Strong understanding of the Ukrainian context, including displacement dynamics and the socio-economic context. Proven ability to translate complex concepts into practical business guidance. Fluency in Ukrainian and English. Experience delivering effective online and hybrid training and using participatory digital tools. Awareness of gender, disability inclusion, safeguarding, confidentiality and responsible data management. Availability for an in-person consultation with Caritas Switzerland in Kyiv or Lviv, as agreed.
