Conduct site inspection and assessment - Conduct detailed inspection and survey - Verify existing water leak issue conditions and affected areas - Assess defects: cracks, joints, and damaged paint 2. Surface preparation work - Remove all dirts, grinding paint crack and old damaged coatings - Removed old sealant around glass window & frame - Repair crack on columm by Epoxy injection - Filling and sealing joints and affected areas - Surface patch up 3. Waterproofing system installation - Apply liquid waterproof + fiber mesh system, 3 coats system 4. Water ponding test (Depend on location) - No leaking after final handover Deliverables The contractor shall submit the following: 2 Inspection Report Method Statement Work Schedule Material Specifications Weekly Progress Report Test Report Completion Report Warranty Duration of Work The contractor shall complete the works within 46 weeks from the commencement date.
