The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works And The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration, Integration And Commissioning Of Technical Systems Necessary For The Modernization Of The Stadium Infrastructure, Along With The Performance Of Preparatory And Design Works, Dismantling Works, Necessary Installations, Carrying Out Trials, Tests And Measurements, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Which Constitutes Documentation For The Task In Question Along With The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is An Annex To The Specification Of Terms Of The Order (Swz). The Order Is Of A Mixed Nature And Consists Of Supplies, Services And Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Submit To The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Within 10 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Schedule Is Subject To The Ordering Partys Approval. The Schedule Should Include The Division Of Works Into Stages Along With The Assignment Of Financial Values ​​And Deadlines For Their Implementation. Payments Will Be Made In Accordance With The Approved Schedule, Based On Partial Invoices And The Final Invoice. The Ordering Party Will Ensure Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Through Appointed Investor Supervision Inspectors, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law. All Acceptance Of Works, Including Partial Acceptance And Final Acceptance, Will Be Carried Out With The Participation Of The Relevant Investor Supervision Inspectors, And The Acceptance Reports Require The Signature Of The Employers Representative And The Relevant Investor Supervision Inspector.
