The Assignment Includes The Opening Of The Handzamevaart Near The Nieuwstraat In Kortemark And The Redevelopment Of The Immediate Surroundings. The Works Mainly Include Clearing Existing Plants, Breaking Up The Existing Bus Stop, Paving And The Existing Tube Of The Handzamevaart. Extensive Earthworks Will Then Be Carried Out For The Realization Of The New Open Water Body, The Construction Of Slopes, Dike Bodies, Clay Cores And The Necessary Filling And Raising Works. In Addition, Concrete Works Are Being Carried Out, Including The Construction Of Retaining Walls, Foundations And Paving, As Well As The Adjustment Of The Existing Inflow Structure Of The Handzamevaart.
