The Land Use Situation In The Area Has Changed, And A Wind Farm Was Built In The Area In The Early 2010S, Which Is Partially Limited To The Partial Master Plan Area That Is Now Being Updated. For The Wind Farm, A Partial Master Plan With Legal Effect Has Been Drawn Up, Which Is Attached To This Request For Tenders And Must Be Coordinated With The Updated Master Plan. The Targeted Approval Schedule For The Zoning Is By The End Of 2028. The Aim Of The Plan Is To Increase Construction Sites For Permanent Residence And Leisure In The Entire Area Of The Plan, Also Taking Into Account The Possibilities Of Business Life. The Goal Is To Have A Flexible Formula That Enables Permanent Or Leisure Time Living On The Same Lots For As Large An Area As Possible.
