The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Laundry Services For The Work Clothes Used By The City Of Helsinkis Service Center Business (Later Palvelukeskus Helsinki Or The Customer) For The Contract Period 1 September 2027 To 31 August 2029. The Subscriber Can Extend The Contract For An Unlimited Option Period. The Procurement Concerns Laundry Services For The Work Clothes Of Nursing Employees And Supervisors. The Services Offered Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Presented In This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Final Suitability For Use Is Decided By The Customer. The Amount Of The Procured Service May Vary During The Contract Period Due To The Customers Needs. The Numbers Shown Are Estimated Numbers For Four (4) Years And Serve Only As Support For Making An Offer. The Subscriber Is Not Committed To Any Order Quantities. If The Service Order Quantities Or Delivery Locations Increase Or Decrease During The Contract Period, It Must Not Have An Effect On The Pricing Provided By The Provider In Its Offer. The Price Change Conditions Are Described In The Procurement Contract, Which Is Attached To This Request For Tender.
