The City Of Hämeenlinna (Subsequently Procurement Unit / Customer) Requests Your Offer For Sandblasting Wreaths To Be Picked Up And Delivered To Infras Winter Maintenance Sites, According To The Attached Request For Tender. The Procurement Is Divided Into 4 Sub-Areas. The Aim Is To Select At Least Two (2) Contract Suppliers For Each Part Of The Procurement. The Contract Period Is Approximately Two (2) Years, Starting From The Signing Of The Contract In September 2026. The Contract Period Ends In May 2028 (May 1, 2028). This Is A Procurement Of Goods In Accordance With The Procurement Act 1397/2016, And The Estimated Vat-Free Value Of The Contract Exceeds The National Threshold Value. The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis Of Comparison In Sub-Areas 1-2, And The Most Economically Advantageous Solution In Sub-Areas 3-4, So That The Bidder With The Highest Price Points Wins The Competition.
