The Construction Project Includes The Modification And Renovation Works To The Säviä Fishing Port Building In Pielavesni In The Scope According To The Contract Documents And Plans. The General Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Of The Project And As The Main Implementer Mentioned In Section 2, Section 4 Of The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (205/2009). The Contractor Has Main Performance Obligations According To Yse 1998 § 1 And Secondary Obligations According To § 2. In Addition To Site Management Duties, The Overall Contract Includes All Construction, Hvac And Electrical Engineering Work, Fully Completed In Accordance With The Plans Mentioned In The List Of Documents, As Well As All Necessary Site Services. The Overall Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Responsible For The Safety Of The Construction Work At The Construction Site, Taking Care And Being Responsible For Ensuring That The Main Contractors Construction Obligations And Other Matters Mentioned In Government Regulation No. 205/2009 Are Taken Into Account. The Contractor Prepares And, If Necessary, Approves With The Authorities The Documents Required By The Authorities Regarding The Objects Work Safety. The Contractor Prepares Occupational Safety Plans And Updates The Occupational Safety Document. The Developer Has Prepared The Developers Safety Document For The Project As An Attachment To The Contract Program. Site Services According To Yse 1998 § 3 Are Specified In The Contract Limit Appendix.
