The City Of Brookhaven Seeks Proposals From Artists To Paint A Fiberglass Cow That Will Be Publicly Displayed At A Location To Be Determined. The Cow Weighs Approximately 125 Pounds. The ¿Cows Are Coming¿ Project Will Serve As A Community-Building Project In Partnership With Dekalb County. The Project Will Focus On Transforming Spaces Into Bright And Inviting Hubs To Give The City And The County A Unique And Welcoming Identity.
