Federal Award Compliance Assessments (FACAs) Follow Solicitation .The Texas Health And Human Services Commission (Hhsc) Is Soliciting Responses From Qualified Certified Public Accounting Firms To Conduct Federal Award Compliance Assessments (Facas) As Part Of The Rural Texas Strong Program In Accordance With The Requirements Stated In This Request For Qualifications (Rfq).The Rural Texas Strong Program Is A Statewide Initiative Administered By Hhsc Under The Rural Health Transformation Program, Which Is Supported By The Centers For Medicare & Medicaid Services (Cms) Of The U.S. Department Of Health And Human Services (Usdhhs) As Part Of A Financial Assistance Award To The State Of Texas With 100 Percent Of Funding Provided By Cms/Usdhhs.
