The Subject Of The Award Procedure Are The Services Of The Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Plumbing (“Hkls”) Trade As Well As The Measurement, Control And Regulation Technology (“Msr”) For Small And Very Small Orders With A Contract Value Of Generally Up To Eur 100,000 (Excl.
