The Middelsee District With A Total Of Around 2,200 Homes Is Being Developed. The Fellingen, With A Total Of Around 650 Homes, Is A Sub-Area In This District And Is Divided Into Three Phases For Development. The Development Field Of Phase 1 Has Been Tendered And Is In Preparation. The Main Infrastructure Is Prepared And Realized By Third Parties. The Development Fields Of Phase 2 With Approximately 240 Homes And The Development Fields In Phase 3 With Approximately 200 Homes Are Now Being Put Out To Tender In Two Lots.
