The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of The Quantities Of Net Active Electrical Energy At The Medium And Low Voltage Levels Necessary For The Needs Of The Employer And The Relevant Related Services, Incl. To Carry Out His Duties As A Balancing Group Coordinator. The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (E), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee). The Estimated Value Includes Regulatory Determined Prices For Transmission And Access Through/To The Electricity Distribution Networks, For Transmission And Access Through/To The Electricity Transmission Network, Price For Obligations To Society, Other Kevr-Regulated Prices And Excise Duty. The Estimated Value Does Not Bind The Contracting Authority To Spend It, But It Constitutes The Maximum Financial Resource Provided For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Intended Term Of The Contract Is 1 Year Or Until The Provided Financial Resource Is Exhausted - Whichever Occurs First. ​ The Estimated Amount Of Electricity From The Contracting Authority - Umbal Sveta Marina Ead, For A Period Of 1 (One) Year Is In The Total Amount Of 10,000 Mwh: For The Contracting Authoritys Facilities Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network At The Medium Voltage Level - 9,600 Mwh; For The Contractors Facilities Connected To The Low-Voltage Power Distribution Network - 400 Mwh. The Full Scope Of The Order Is According To The Technical Specification To The Approved Participation Documentation. The Opening, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Received Offers Will Be Carried Out According To Art. 104, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Zop Pursuant To Art. 61, Para. 1 (1St Sentence) And Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of Ppzop. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop Applies The So-Called Reverse Order For Conducting The Procedure. The Contracting Authority Has Provided For The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals To Be Carried Out Before The Verification Of The Existence Of Grounds For Removal And Compliance With The Set Selection Criteria.
