The Object Is A Fourth Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter E Of The Zut. The Construction And Installation Works Will Cover Five Streets Of The City Of Alfatar, With A Total Length Of 2795.89 M. Building Permit No. 8/07/09/2025, Entered Into Force On 07/28/2025, Was Issued. The Consultant Must Carry Out The Functions Arising From The Zut Through The Key Experts Specified In His Proposal. All Technically Competent Natural Persons Involved In The Object Of The Order Must Be Included In The List Of Legally Competent Natural Persons, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Issued Certificate For The Exercise Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Construction Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut.
