The Public Order Has The Subject Of Supply By Purchase Of Fuels (Automotive Gasoline A95h Code Under Code 09132100-4 And Diesel Fuel Code Under Code 09134200-9) For Refueling The Motor Vehicles Of The Municipality Of Kuklen. The Contract Enters Into Force On The Date Of Its Signing By The Parties And Is For A Period Of 24 Calendar Months Or Until Its Estimated Value Is Reached, Whichever Event Occurs First. Estimated Value Of The Contract - 180,000 Euros Including Vat. The Participant Shall Offer Motor Gasoline And Diesel Fuel At Its Gas Stations By Using A Cardless Payment System With Fuel Registration. Estimated Quantities Are As Follows: Automotive Gasoline A95h - 4080 Liters + 10%; Diesel Fuel – 112,080 Liters + 10%. The Employer Does Not Undertake To Use The Specified Amount Of Fuel In Full And Is Not Liable To The Supplier For Claims In The Event That The Volume Of The Order Is Not Fulfilled In Full.
