The City Of Vaasa (Hereafter Client) Is Requesting A Bid For The Implementation Of The Isolahti Gerby Rental Daycare Project Based On The Open Procurement Procedure In Accordance With The Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Procurement Concerns The Rental Daycare Project Of The Isolahti Gerby Daycare Center In The City Of Vaasa. The Project Is A Daycare Center Implemented On A Rental Basis, With Places For 150 Children. The Daycare Center Has Facilities For 8 Groups And An Additional Staff Of 40–45 People. The Acquisition Covers The Maintenance And User Services Of The Target Building For The Agreed Rental Period. The Project Developer Is Responsible For The Usability And Conditions Of The Building For The Planned Rental Period Of Approx. 20-30 Years. The Goal Is To Sign The Lease At The Beginning Of 2027 And Start Construction Work In The Spring Of 2027. Furnishing Will Start In July 2028. The Site Will Be Put Into Use At The Beginning Of August 2028. The Project Developer Will Rent The Daycare Plot From The City. The Rental Object Is A Childrens Daycare Center Built And Owned By The Lessor. According To The Preliminary Spatial Plan, The Useful Area Of ​​The Project Is Approx. 2010.5 M2.
