The Transformation Station Is Located In The Outskirts Of The City Of Murfatlar, And Is Of Particular Importance In Making The Connection Between Different Stations, Being An Important Node In The Distribution Network. It Supplies 10,419 Low-Voltage Customers, 27 Medium-Voltage Customers From The Areas Of The Municipality Of Constanța And Other Nearby Localities, And Ensures The Distribution Of The Existing High-Voltage Producers On The Lea 110 Kv Cobadin Nord -27.5 Mw, Cobadin - 130 Mw, Băltăgești - 50 Mw, Cet Constanța, Cet Midia Năvodari, As Well As A Considerable Number Of Renewable Energy Producers Who Are In Various Stages Of Connection To Sen, Being The Largest Electric Transformer Station In The Dobrogea Region At The Interface With Sen. During The 57 Years Of Operation, No Modernization Works Were Carried Out In The It Facilities (110 Kv), All The Equipment, Both Primary And Secondary, Have Exceeded Their Lifespan, Being Worn Out Both Physically And Morally, Which Is Why The Modernization Of The 110/20 Kv Substation Is A Necessity. The Electrical Installations And Equipment Still In Operation Are Designed Based On Design Norms That Exceed The Quality Standards In Force, Thus The Electrical Installations In Operation Cannot Reach These Standards, Causing Economic Losses To The Users Connected To The It Bus Of The Electrical Transformation Station But Also To The Manager, Quantified From Non-Compliance With The Saidi And Saifi Quality Indices As Well As Technological Losses (Cpt). Considering The Age Of The Equipment In The High-Voltage Installations In Operation, The Costs For The Maintenance Of This Equipment Are High, According To The Records Of The Last 3 Years, They Are On Average 267,248.32 Lei. These Assets Require Replacement, Modernization And Expansion Of The Capacity So That They Can Support The Energy Consumption At The Current Consumption Norms And Service Quality Standards, Especially In Terms Of The Continuity Of The Service And The Parameters Of The Delivered Energy, Imposed By Anre.
