The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Together With The Performance Of Authors Supervision For The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Section Of Railway Line No. 285 In The Scope Of Raising The Track To An Engineering Facility Over Bardzka Street In Wrocław As Part Of The Project Entitled: Preparatory Projects, Including: 1) Phase I - Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Set Of Administrative Decisions, Including: 1) Development Program And Spatial Concept (Kpp); 2) Obtaining The Final Decision On Environmental Conditions; 3) Obtaining The Final Decision On Determining The Location Of The Railway Line; 4) Obtaining The Final Water Permit; 5) Development Of Construction And Executive Designs With Geotechnical And Geological-Engineering Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit; 6) Preparation Of Tender Materials, I.E.: Opz, Bill Of Quantities / Rco, Investor Cost Estimate, Stwiorb, Pfu For The Railway Automation And Telecommunications And It Installation Industries; 7) Obtaining Certification At The Design Stage 2) Phase Ii - Option Right Covering The Performance Of Authors Supervision For The Duration Of Construction Works. 2. Order Execution Period - Within 49 Months From The Conclusion Of The Agreement (If The Option Right Is Not Exercised). The Maximum Expected Implementation Time Of The Agreement Is 70 Months From The Conclusion Of The Agreement (In The Event Of Exercising The Option Right). However: 1) Phase I - Will Be Completed Within 49 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, 2) Phase Ii - From The Day Following The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract By The Ordering Party With The Contractor For The Construction Works Until The (Last) Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works, The Duration Of This Phase Is Set At 21 Months (Option Right) 3) Between Phase I And Phase Ii There Will Be A Tender Procedure, The Expected Duration Of Which Is 6 Months.
