The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts (The Client Does Not Allow Partial Fulfillment). The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Services Consisting In The Creation Of Project Documentation For The Subsequent Implementation Of The Project Meadows Under The Meadow In The Locality In The Immediate Eastern Neighborhood Of The National Cultural Monument Of Loucký Monastery. The Aim Is To Transform This Mostly Fallow Area Into A Place With High Recreational Potential. The Location Should Become A Place For Daily Recreation, Active Rest And Sports For Adults And Children, All While Preserving The Natural Character. The Location Requires Significant Revitalization. In Addition To Public Greenery, Other Elements Of Leisure Activities Should Also Be Added. The Estimated Investment Costs Of The Building Are Approximately Czk 106 Million Without Vat. The Basis For The Development Of The Project Documentation Is The Territorial Study, Which Forms Appendix No. 1 Of This Tender Documentation. The Project Documentation Will Be Divided Into Specified Stages According To The Completed Study, Including Separate Budgets, So That It Is Possible To Implement The Project Gradually In Individual Stages. The Subject Of Performance Is Mainly The Following Outputs And Activities: 1. Preparation Of Project Documentation For Planning Permission (Dpz), Which Will Contain All The Documents Required For The Issuance Of Planning Permission In The Document Section. The Dpz Will Also Include Discussions With All Doss (Affected State Administration Bodies) And Pre-Project Preparation Including All Necessary Construction And Technical Surveys (E.G. Geological And Geotechnical Survey, Hydrogeological Survey, Etc.) And Other Additional Measurements That Will Lead To A Flawless Execution Of The Work. The Documentation For Planning Permission Must Materially Comply With The Requirements Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Construction Act, As Amended (Construction Act), Decree No. 146/2024 Coll., On Requirements For Construction And Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Construction Documentation, All As Amended. The Scope Of The Individual Parts Of The Documentation Must Correspond To The Type And Significance Of The Investment Plan, Its Location, Construction And Technical Design, Purpose Of Use, Impact On The Environment And Duration Of The Construction. Performance Of Related Engineering-Investment Activities (In Particular, Securing The Opinions Of The Relevant State Administration Bodies, Network Owners, Etc.). The Performance Of Engineering-Investment Activities Includes, On The Part Of The Contractor, The Discussion Of The Project Documentation For The Planning Permission Procedure With The Relevant Authorities And State Administration Organizations, I.E. Securing Opinions For The Issuance Of The Planning Permission, Submitting An Application To The Building Authority And Processing The Planning Permission, Including The Acquisition Of Legal Authority. 2.
