Battery Chargers – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Charging Stations For Electric Cars. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With Three Suppliers For The Supply Of Public Charging Stations For Electric Cars Intended For Installation In Parking Areas And Garages Under The Administration Of The Technical Administration Of Communications In The Capital. City Of Prague, A.S. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Partial Public Contracts Will Be Awarded For The Supply Of: - Charging Stations (Wallboxes And Stand-Alone Stations), - External Control Units For Managing Groups Of Charging Stations, - Payment Terminals, - Related Assembly, Installation, Commissioning, Initial Review And Operator Training. The Expected Maximum Filling Range Is Up To 700 Charging Stations. The Performance Also Includes The Provision Of Warranty Service, Ensuring The Authorization Of Persons Designated By The Client To Carry Out Service Activities And The Supply Of Spare Parts For The Guaranteed Lifetime Of The Equipment. The Charging Station Must Be Compatible With The System Of The Charging Infrastructure Operator Designated By The Contracting Authority And Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Not The Provision Of Design, Engineering Or Construction Preparation Of Locations For The Installation Of Charging Stations, Nor The Subsequent Management And Operation Of The Charging Infrastructure After The End Of The Warranty Period. Partial Public Contracts Will Be Awarded By A Combination Of Procedures With And Without The Renewal Of The Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement In Accordance With Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts.
