The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into 2 Stages, Where: 1) Stage I - Is A Guaranteed Stage, 2) Stage Ii - Is A Stage Covered By The Option Right, In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Stage I (Guaranteed): Provision Of Cleaning Services In Residential And Commercial Premises And Rooms Belonging To Them. The Estimated Number Of Premises In Which Cleaning Services Will Be Performed Is 100. 2) Stage Ii (Covered By Option Law): Provision Of Cleaning Services In Residential And Commercial Premises And Rooms Belonging To Them. The Estimated Number Of Premises In Which Cleaning Services Will Be Performed Is 100. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Emptying The Premises, Rooms Belonging To The Premises (Storage Rooms, Basement Rooms) And Balconies Of The Property Accumulated Therein, Including, Among Others: From Elements Hung On The Walls, Such As: Mirrors, Pictures, Shelves, Etc., 2) Emptying The Property Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Premises And Adjacent Rooms, Which Undoubtedly Belong To The Vacated Premises, 3) Preparing Photographic Documentation For Each Premises - Before The Commencement Of Works And After Completion Of The Works, 4) Removal And Management Of Waste From The Emptied Premises In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 5) Removal From The Emptied Premises And Rooms Belonging To The Collected Property To A Landfill Or Warehouse (Place Indicated By The Ordering Party), 6) Cleaning (Sweeping, Removing Cobwebs, Closing Flaps In Toilets, Etc.) Of Empty Premises And Adjacent Rooms And Balconies, 7) Carrying Out Effective Disinfection And Disinfestation Of Empty Premises And Adjacent Rooms, And, If Necessary, Carrying Out Deodorization.
