Forestry Services - Dynamic Purchasing System - Providing Services In The Field Of Forest Management And Felling Of Trees And Shrubs On Land Covered By Zrid Decisions In The Forest Districts Of The Regional Directorate Of State Forests In Zielona Góra In The Years 2027-2030. The Subject Of The Order For The Dynamic Purchasing System (Dsz) Are Forest Management Services, As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 663 - Hereinafter Referred To As The Forest Act), Covering Work In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, And Other Forest Services, Including Hunting And Meadow-Agricultural Management, To Be Performed In The Forest Districts Of A Given Ordering Party, As Well As Works Consisting In Felling Of Trees And Shrubs On Land Covered By Decisions Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Referred To As Zrid), Carried Out On The Basis Of Agreements Concluded Between Forest Districts (The Ordering Party) And Road Managers, During The Period For Which The Dsz Is Established. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of Dsz Orders Includes The Total Amount Of Work In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Hunting And Meadow-Agricultural Management And Other Forest Services Resulting From Annex No. 2 To The Swz For Dsz - The Planned Scope Of Work In The Period For Which The Dsz Is Established. The Material Scopes Listed In Annex No. 2 For Dsz Are Estimates. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Quality Standards Relating To All Essential Features Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Given Contract Awarded Under The Dsz Will Be Specified In The Invitation To Submit Offers In The Procedure For Awarding A Contract Covered By The Dsz. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Awarded Under Dsz, In Addition To The Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Apply And Comply With The Obligations And Principles Arising From The Regulations Available On The Website At Https://Www.Zielonagora.Lasy.Gov.Pl/Przetargi-Zamowienia-Zarzaczenia. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, When Executing An Order Awarded Under The Dsz, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Who Perform Activities Within The Scope Of The Contract, Consisting In Obtaining And Skidding Of Raw Wood, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).
