According To The Contract Documents In The Attached Door Table, The Grifflenberg Campus Includes 1,875 Interior Doors (Esco, Forster, Geze, Hörmann, Hueck, Jansen, Lindner, Novoferm, Schannz, Schüco, Tortec) And 186 Hold-Open Systems (Geze, Dorma) From Various Manufacturers, Which Are Spread Across 23 Buildings And 3 Parking Garages. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Annual Maintenance Of All Interior Doors Including The Associated Hold-Open Systems, Smoke And Ceiling Detectors, As Well As Inclusion In A Door List According To The Appendix Campus Grifflenberg Door Table. This Door List Is Currently Managed Manually. In The Future, It Is Planned To Integrate All Doors Into The Existing Cafm Program (Planon). The Maintenance Documents Must Then Be Maintained Accordingly In The Cafm Program.
