Electricity – Joint Supply Of Electrical Energy To The Consumption Centers Belonging To The Municipality Of Oleiros And Aqualeiros. The Purpose Of This Joint Contract Is To Regulate And Define The Scope And Conditions Of The Supply Of Electrical Energy To The Consumption Points Belonging To The Municipality Of Oleiros And Aquaoleiros, As Well As The New Supply Points That Result During The Validity Of The Contracts That Are Formalized Under This Tender, With The Objectives And Scope Described In The Technical Prescription Document, In The Specific Administrative Clauses Document And Under The Electricity Sector Legislation And Other Development Regulations. The Council Of Oleiros And Aquaoleiros Resolve To Promote A Joint Contracting Of The Electricity Supply, Configured As A Single Lot, In Order To Aggregate The Electricity Demand Of Both Entities, Homogenize The Technical And Economic Supply Conditions And Obtain Better Contracting Conditions. The Management Of The Joint Contracting Will Be Carried Out By The Oleiros Council, Without Prejudice To The Subsequent Individual Formalization Of The Contracts That Correspond To Each Of The Member Entities. The Joint Contracting Includes Both The Acquisition Of Electrical Energy And Access To Networks With The Distribution Company Through The Successful Marketing Company. Consequently, The Contract Includes The Acquisition Of Electrical Energy, The Provision Of Associated Services By The Successful Bidder And The Management Of Network Access In Relation To The Supply Points Included In The Annex To The List Of Supplies. Each Supply Point Included In The Joint Contracting Will Be Identified In The Corresponding Annex With An Indication Of The Entity That Owns Or Is Responsible For It. This Identification Will Make It Possible To Differentiate The Execution, Billing, Payment, Ordinary Management And, Where Appropriate, Individualized Extension Of The Supplies Corresponding To The Concello De Oleiros And Aquaoleiros, Maintaining In All Cases Common Technical And Economic Conditions Derived From The Single Award.
