The System Is To Be Mobile And Consist Of A Hydrogen Production Module, A Compression Module With A Buffer, A Fuel Cell, And A Fuel Storage Module. 5) The Purpose Of The Order Is To Create A Fully Functional Pilot Installation, Enabling A Practical Assessment Of The Operation Of The Hydrogen Energy Storage System, Verification Of Its Technical Parameters And Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Integration Of Hydrogen Technologies With The Local Energy Infrastructure. The Order Will Be Carried Out On A Turnkey Basis And Covers All Work Necessary To Achieve Full Operational Readiness Of The Installation, Including Assembly, Commissioning, Functional Tests And Submission Of Complete Technical Documentation. The Planned Scope Of Works Will Not Pose Any Threat To The Environment And Will Not Be Classified As A Project That May Have A Negative Impact On The Natural Environment. The Offer Prepared By The Contractor Should Be In Full Compliance With The Provisions Of The Fup And Include All Necessary Supplies, Services And Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Including Any Maintenance Activities Required To Ensure Proper, Reliable And Failure-Free Operation During The Warranty Period. The Users Of The Created Installation Will Be Employees And People Using The Services Of Public Buildings Covered By The Project. The Ordering Party Has A Legal Title Enabling It To Dispose Of The Real Estate Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented. 6) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Z.O
