Apparatus For Sound, Video-Recording And Reproduction - Equipping And Modernization Of Courtrooms And Friendly Hearing Rooms (So-Called Blue Rooms) In The Courts Of Appeal In Łódź With The Infrastructure Of Digital Recording Of Court Sessions. The Subject Of The Order Under The Basic Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of: 1) Delivery Of Technical Equipment With Software For The Digital Recording Of Court Hearings, Installation, Implementation, Commissioning, Warranty Service And Technical Support In 77 Rooms Not Previously Equipped With Equipment For Digital Recording Of Court Hearings (Appendix No. 3A To The Agreement - List Of Locations) And 24 Rooms Indicated For Modernization (Appendix No. 3B To The Agreement - List Of Locations); 2) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Technical Devices With Software, As Well As Installation, Implementation, Warranty Service And Technical Support Of The Audio-Video Recording System For 16 Friendly Interview Rooms (Appendix No. 3C To The Agreement - List Of Locations); 3) Granting A Warranty For The Products Delivered Under The Agreement And Services Provided For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Relevant Acceptance Protocol. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Option Right, Which Concerns The Delivery Of Technical Devices With Software For The Digital Recording Of Court Hearings, Installation, Implementation, Commissioning, Warranty Service And Technical Support, As Well As The Granting Of A 48-Month Warranty, In 32 Rooms Designated For Modernization, Listed In Annex No. 4 To The Agreement. This Attachment Is A Distribution List That Specifies, Among Others: The Number Of Courtrooms And Their Location As Well As The Data Of The Ordering Party And The End User.
