The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Automatic Detection Systems For Pedestrians And Cyclists In Gdynia. The Contractors Task Will Be A Comprehensive Expansion With Additional 61 Pieces Of Brand New Thermal Imaging Detection Devices. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Configuration Of 61 Pieces Of Brand New Thermal Imaging Detection Devices Within Pedestrian Crossings And Bicycle Routes Covered By The Order, As Well As The Adaptation Of Traffic Light Controllers In The Locations In Question To Operate Thermal Imaging Detectors. The Option Right Covering The Services And Deliveries Specified In Annex A To The Swz, B) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right By Submitting A Declaration In The Form Of A Letter Sent By E-Mail About The Exercise Of The Option Right During The Term Of The Contract, C) The Activated Option Must Be Exercised In Accordance With The Opz, D) The Option Right Is The Right Of The Ordering Party, Which It May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order. Supplies And Services Covered By The Option Right Will Be Ordered If There Is A Need To Perform Them, According To The Needs And The Possibility Of Financing Them, E) The Ordering Party May Not Exercise The Option Right Or Only Partially.
