If Necessary, The Client Makes Use Of The Option Of Commissioning The Takeover, Loading, Transport As Well As The Proper And Legally Compliant Disposal Of Boiler Dust (Avv Waste Code Number 19 01 15*), Also From Tv Schwarzas Exhaust Gas Purification. The Background And Framework Conditions For Exercising This Option Are Described In More Detail Under 1.3. The Contractor Must Ensure The Complete And Uninterrupted Disposal Of The Tvs Filter Dust Within The Specified Scope Of Services And In Accordance With The State Of The Art.
