Public-Service Buses – Delivery Of 10 Electric Buses Of Category Md+ For Pid. The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of § 131 Et Seq. Of The Law. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply Of 10 Units (Ten Units) Of Midibus+ (Md+) Buses Intended For Urban Public Transport, Which The Contracting Authority Operates As A Carrier Within The Prague Integrated Transport (Pid) System. The Contracting Authority Requires The Buses To Be Delivered In The Standard Valid For Vehicles Used Within The Pid System, I.E., Among Other Things, In The Specified Uniform Appearance And With Elements For Informing Passengers, With Elements For Passenger Check-In And Other Mandatory Technical Equipment Of The Vehicle Certified For Operation In The Pid, All According To The Technical Specification, Which Forms Annex No. 4 Of The Tender Documentation And Which Will Form An Annex To The Concluded Framework Agreement And The Purchase Contract Concluded On Its Basis. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also Related Supplies And Services, For Which The Obligation To Deliver Or Provide Them Results From The Draft Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation, And From The Draft Purchase Contract, Which Forms Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation.
