(d) Evidence of Execution of similar projects. (e) Evidence of the payment of Three Years Tax. (f) Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fees of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000.00) only to the coffers of the Local Government. (g) Evidence of Financial Capability to handle the project without hitch. (Bank Guarantee) 4. Qualified Tenderer shall be contacted by the Local Government and the Local Government shall not be obliged to offer any explanation for rejecting the tender. 5.
