Institution No. 11. Providing Services For Flushing And Hydraulic Testing Of Heating Systems. All Expenses, Including Water And Electricity Consumption, Are At The Expense Of The Supplier. The Supplier Is Also Obliged To Provide A Certificate Of 100% Readiness Of The Facility To Receive Heat In The Heating Season 2025–2026. The Supplier Undertakes To Provide Services In Full And In Accordance With The Requirements Established By This Technical Specification., Institution No. 13. Providing Services For Flushing And Hydraulic Testing Of Heating Systems. All Expenses, Including Water And Electricity Consumption, Are At The Expense Of The Supplier. The Supplier Is Also Obliged To Provide A Certificate Of 100% Readiness Of The Facility To Receive Heat In The Heating Season 2025–2026.
