The Ordering Party Is Jointly Carrying Out A Tender Regarding A Framework Agreement For The Continuous Supply Of Food Waste Bags And Textile Waste Bags Respectively In Connection With Household Collection Of Food Waste And Textile Waste. As Far As Food Waste Bags Are Concerned, The Ordering Party Needs To Purchase The Following Quantities Per Year Measured On The Basis Of Historical And Expected Figures. The Distribution Of The Quantity For The Individual Orderer Is As Follows: - Arwos Affald A/S: 47,500 Rolls Of 50 Pieces Each. Plastic Bags Per Year - Provas – Haderslev Affald A/S: 66,720 Rolls Of 50 Pcs. Plastic Bags Per Year - Tønder Affald A/S: 56,000 Rolls Of 50 Pcs. Plastic Bags Per Year As Far As Textile Waste Bags Are Concerned, Arwos Affald A/S And Tønder Affald A/S Need To Purchase: - Arwos Affald A/S: 4,000 Rolls Of 10 Plastic Bags Per Year. - Tønder Affald A/S: 700 Rolls Of 10 Plastic Bags Per Year Provas – Haderslev Affald A/S Is Not Covered By The Framework Agreement Regarding Ongoing Delivery Of Textile Waste Bags. The Indicated Quantities Of Food Waste Bags And Textile Waste Bags Are Indicative And Are Based On Expected Figures, Which Is Why They Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover. The Need May Differ By +/- 20% Depending On The Citizens Needs For Food And Textile Waste Bags. The Ordering Party Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Supplier. The Framework Agreement Period Is 48 Months From The Time The Framework Agreement Is Signed, With The Option Of Termination After 2 Years In The Framework Agreement Period. The Framework Agreement Can Be Terminated After 2 Years With 6 Months Notice. The Detailed Specifications Regarding The Food And Textile Waste Bags Can Be Found In Appendix 1 – Requirements Specification. The Client Has Chosen Not To Offer Separate Partial Contracts. The Ordering Party Has Estimated, Based On Economic Conditions, That More Advantageous Prices Can Be Achieved With A Combined Agreement. In View Of The Quality And Consistency Of The Overall Tendered Task, It Is Considered Appropriate To Have One Overall Contract, Just As A Division, Based On Market Conditions, Is Not Considered To Give Additional Companies - Including Smes - The Opportunity To Submit Offers.
