This Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender Pursuant To Art. 132 Of The Public Procurement Law And This Specification Of Procurement Conditions, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 2. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Exceeds The Amount Specified In The Announcement Of The President Of The Public Procurement Office Of December 3, 2023 On The Current Eu Thresholds, Their Equivalent In Pln, The Pln Equivalent Of Amounts Expressed In Eur And The Average Pln/Eur Exchange Rate Constituting The Basis For Converting The Value Of Public Procurement Or Competitions, Issued Pursuant To Art. 3 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The So-Called Reverse Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure.
