The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Development, Implementation And Provision Of Technical Assistance And Maintenance Of The Sozp 2.0 Application Used To Handle Public Procurement In The Municipality Of Krakow And The Granting Of A License. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Execution Of The Order By Sheltered Workshops, Social Cooperatives Or Other Contractors Covered By The Provisions Of Art. 94 Section 1 Of The Act. 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act In An Amount Not Exceeding 30% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract. Due To The Above, When Determining The Value Of This Order, The Ordering Party Took Into Account The Value Of The Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act, In The Amount Of: Pln 615,725 Net. These Orders Will Consist In The Repetition Of Similar Services - In Relation To Those Described In This Procedure In The Contract Template And Its Annexes, In Particular In The Field Of Pre-Implementation Analysis, Programming Work, Integration With Other Systems, Changes Or Expansion Of Functionality, As Well As In The Field Of Technical Assistance And Maintenance. The Conditions Under Which The Above-Mentioned Will Be Granted. Order, Will Comply With The Conditions Specified In This Procedure In The Contract Template And Its Annexes, And The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Will Possibly Be Limited To The Repeated Scope Of The Order. 4. In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Or Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Construction Of The It System - For Organizational And Technical Reasons - Cannot Be Divided Into Smaller Elements Due To The Need To Ensure Consistent Implementation Of All Ordered Components. For The Same Reason, Technical Assistance And Maintenance Of A New System Requiring Stabilization After Implementation Cannot Be Separated From Construction. The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Lots Does Not Prevent Entities From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector From Applying For This Contract. 5. Due To The Nature Of The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of People (By The Contractor Or Subcontractors) On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Conduct An Electronic Auction. 8. Before Initiating The Procedure, The Ordering Party Conducted Preliminary Market Consultations. 9. In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Does Not Require Contractors To Submit The Said Evidence. 10. The Ordering Party, Within The Limits Specified In Art. 462 Et Seq.
