Repair And Maintenance Services Of Playground Equipment – ​​Control Of Sports Furniture And Play Areas (2027-2031). The Framework Agreement Covers The Control Missions Of: • Sports Furniture As Defined By Standard Np S52-409 And Articles R.322-19 To R.322-26 Of The Sports Code. These Missions May Be Extended To Sports Furniture Not Falling Within The Scope Of These Standards, • Play Areas As Defined By Decrees N°94-699 Of August 10, 1994 And N°96-1136 Of December 18, 1996, • Sports/Health Courses As Defined By Standard Fd S52-903, • Climbing Walls As Defined By Standard En 12572, • Gymnastic Equipment As Defined By Article L.421-3 Of The Consumer Code. To Do This, The Holder Will Use His Own Control Equipment And Make The Entry On His Tracking Software. The Members Of The Order Group Do Not Wish To Acquire Software. They Only Want The Service Provider To Transmit The Various Reports After Each Control Mission. The Holder Must Carry Out The Main And Operational Checks And Update His Database At The End Of Each Visit. Under No Circumstances Will The Holder Have To Carry Out Corrective Or Maintenance Operations On The Equipment. These Operations Remain The Responsibility Of Each Member Of The Group. The Lists Of Municipal Equipment And Materials Currently Installed Are Specified In The Specific Technical Clauses. These Are Subject To Change During The Duration Of The Market. In The Case Of Events And/Or Specific Equipment (Such As Gymnastics Championships For Example), The Members Of The Group Can Carry Out Checks On Equipment That Does Not Fall Within The Framework Of The Standard. The Maximum Annual Amount Excluding Tax Is €76,000 (Including All Members Of The Group). The Details, Per Member Of The Group, Are Indicated In The Commitment Document.
