Overall greenery height above planter box: 500 mm. Greenery shall be supplied in modules suitable for secure installation within the planter box. Foliage shall provide full planter coverage with no visible gaps when viewed from the front or side. Trailing foliage shall extend naturally over the planter edge by approximately 100 mm to 250 mm. Greenery shall create a continuous screening effect when multiple planter units are placed adjacent to one another. Mixed shades of natural green. Foliage shall contain tonal variation to replicate living plants. Leaves shall have a realistic texture and appearance. Bright, fluorescent, faded, or unnatural colours will not be accepted. (a) 1000mm (L) x 450mm (W) x 200 mm (D) (b) The artificial greenery shall comply with the following minimum requirements: (c) Premium-grade artificial foliage suitable for corporate office environments. (d) Dense mixed foliage arrangement incorporating both upright and cascading greenery. (e) Natural, realistic appearance comparable to living indoor plants. (f) Fine-leaf greenery with varying leaf sizes and textures. (g) Minimum foliage coverage of 90% across the planter opening. (h) No visible plastic stems, foam blocks, fixing systems, or support structures. (i) Securely fixed within the planter box to prevent movement or displacement. (j) UV-stabilised and colourfast materials. (k) Dust-resistant and easy to clean. (l) Fire-retardant materials where applicable. (m) Product shall not require watering, pruning, fertiliser, soil replacement, or horticultural maintenance. (n) Supplier shall provide care instructions, product specifications, and sample photographs with the quotation. CLAUSE - 2.14.1 & 2.15 Provide, on request by the CCT, any other material that has a bearing on the quotation offer, the suppliers commercial position (including joint venture agreements), preferencing arrangements, or samples of materials considered necessary by the CCT for the purpose of the evaluation of the quotation. If the Specifications require the supplier to provide samples/technical data sheets, these shall be provided strictly in accordance with the instructions set out in the Specification.
