Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The short-listing criteria are as follows: A. Core business and years in business: The firm must be a registered, audit or professional services firm, affiliated with an institute that is a full member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) with a core business focus on financial and auditing. The firm must have been in operation for ten (10) years. B. Relevant Experience: The firm should demonstrate experience in financial auditing, public financial management, HR, or governance, with successful execution of at least two (2) similar assignments. For each referenced assignment, provide evidence related to the assignment, including title, scope of work, client name, address, and contact details, duration, and contract value. C. Technical and managerial capacity: The firm should demonstrate sufficient technical and managerial capacity to carry out the assignment.; and D. The technical and managerial capability of the firm.
