The South Ostrobothnia Welfare Area Procures Cleaning Services For The Needs Of The Welfare Area To Support Its Own Operations. The Subject Of The Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Appendices, Especially In The Appendix Dynamic Procurement System Subject And Conditions.
