The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Goods - The Combined Supply Of Electricity, Including The Assumption Of Responsibility For The Deviation And The Provision Of Distribution To The Procurement Points Of The Public Contracting Authority, In A Quality That Corresponds To The Technical Conditions Of The Distribution System Operator (Pds), In Compliance With The Valid Legislation Of The Slovak Republic, Technical Conditions And Operating Rules Of The Pds For The Contract Period For Each Point Of Withdrawal. The Contract Is Announced By The Public Contracting Authority City Of Púchov As An Occasional Joint Public Procurement Pursuant To § 16 Of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. On Public Procurement And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, As Amended. After Determining The Successful Bidder, The Participating Public Procurement Authorities Will Independently Conclude Contracts For The Subject Of The Contract With This Successful Bidder.
