Work Detail
The 2026 Farm Upgrades Project Includes The Construction Of Two (2) Stormwater Management Facilities (Swmf), Turn-Out Pen, Ditches, And The Reconstruction Of Select Granular Roadways At The Lakeland College Farm In Vermilion, Ab. The Work Generally Consists Of The Following:• Topsoil Stripping,• Excavation And Grading,• Installation Of Two (2) Control Structures,• Subgrade Preparation,• Culvert Installation, Including Rock-Rip Rap,• Granular Base Course Placement,• Topsoil Placement, And• Seed.The Work May Commence On September 15, 2026 And The Completion Date Shall Be June 30, 2027.
