1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of An Existing Collective Residence Building: The Ondraszek Student House, On Plot No. 482/6, Located In Gliwice At Ul. Kujawska 2 (Polytechnic Precinct). The Owner Of The Plot And The Adjacent Area Is The Silesian University Of Technology In Gliwice. The Project Includes The Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout Of The Rooms And The Renovation Of The Living Rooms And Common Areas, Along With The Adaptation Of All Necessary Installation And Equipment Elements. All Elements Of Furniture And Equipment Intended For Installation Were Included In The Scope Of Construction Works Due To The Need For Their Individual Adaptation To The Rebuilt Rooms, Coordination With Industry Installations And The Need To Obtain Full Functionality Of The Living Rooms On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Investment. After The Reconstruction Of The Facility, The Purpose Of The Building And Its Function Will Not Change. Particular Attention Is Paid To The Attached Visualizations, Which Clearly Illustrate The Aesthetic Effect Of Finishing The Rooms Desired By The Ordering Party.
