1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of The Fire Alarm System (Hereinafter Referred To As Ssp), Based On The Attached Concept While Maintaining Compatibility Of The Elements With The Existing Ssp On The Premises Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The Training Ground And The Logistics And Development Base Of The Fire Academy (Piblor), Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Launch Of The Ssp On The Premises Of Piblor In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki At Ul. Gen. Wiktora Thommee 16, In The Administration Building No. 1 And In The Teaching And Barracks Building No. 3 (Floors: Ground Floor, First Floor, Attic).2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Facility Security Concept (Appendix No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D To The Swz), In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), In Compliance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure Compatibility Of The Delivered, Installed And Launched Ssp Devices With The Ssp Installation Owned By The Ordering Party, Based On Polon 6000 Components, Along With All Functionalities.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Accordance With Point 3 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz).5. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Also Includes Training Of A Maximum Of 10 Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation And Maintenance Of Ssp Devices. The Training Must Be Conducted By A Person With Knowledge And Experience In The Operation Of The Supplied System. The Training Program Must Cover All Issues Related To The Operation Of The Supplied System, Including A Discussion Of The Most Common Failures And How To Remove Them And Protect Against Them. The Training Will Be Conducted Within 60 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.6. Detailed Terms Of Delivery, Training And Acceptance Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
