Pursuant To Article 104(4) Of The Act, In Places Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Those That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards.
