The Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular: 1) Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface Up To 4.00 Cm Thick On A Section Of Approximately 190.00 M, 2) Laying A New Wearing Course Along With Painting Lines With Thick-Layer White And Red Paint On Pedestrian Crossings, 3) Adjustment Of Existing Wells And Valves On The Road, 4) Demolition Of The Existing Road Curb On A Section Of Approx. 20.00 M And Relocation Of The Existing Concrete Cubes At The Pedestrian Crossing Of Approx. 4 M2, 5) Laying A New Road Curb 15/30/100 And An Inrun Curb And Slants, 6) Developing Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works.2. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of This Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Above Requirements Include The Following Types Of Activities: 1) Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface, 2) Laying A New Wearing Course Along With Painting Lines At Pedestrian Crossings, 3) Adjustment Of Existing Wells And Valves, 4) Demolition Of The Existing Road Curb And Laying A New Road Curb.6. The Method Of Verifying Employment Under An Employment Contract, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of People Under An Employment Contract, As Well As Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Presented In Part Ii Of The Swz - Draft Public Procurement Contract.7.
