The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Street Surface. Cieszyńska On Two Sections With A Total Length Of 1,740 Meters - 18,800 M2. Section A Between Ul. Okrzei And Ul. Libowiec (825 Meters Long), Section B From Ul. Czyża To Ul. Traugutt (915 Meters Long). The Scope Of Work Includes The Replacement Of The Asphalt Surface By Milling The Old Surface And Installing An Ac16w 5 Cm Binding Layer And An Ac11s 4 Cm Wearing Course. The Scope In Question Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 10 To Swz) And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Construction Law, Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Subsidy Reserve 2026. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended), The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation.
