The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Works Entitled: Modernization Of Water And Sewage Lines In The Administration Building (Task 1) And Renovation Of Water And Sewage Lines In The Administration Building In The Psychologists And Medical Workers Section (Task 2), At Al. Ogrodowa 1, 32-615 Grojeca) Scope Of Works In Accordance With: - Bill Of Quantities For Task 1 - Annex No. 9 To Swz, - Bill Of Quantities For Task 2 - Annex No. 10 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 11 To Swz. B) The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Performance By The Contractor Of All Works Related To Occupational Health And Safety Requirements, Organization And Implementation Of Works Without Disruptions. C) The Offer Price Includes The Entire Scope Of Works Needed To Perform The Works Included In The Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz And Annex No. 10 To The Swz) - Including Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities But Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Construction Art And Putting The Subject Of The Contract Into Use And With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz). D) The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Tasks Marked With Numbers From 1 To 2.E) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers For Individual Tasks. Offers Cannot Be Divided By Contractors. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Rejected.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate. The Ordering Party Requires An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Must Be Submitted By The Date Of Signing The Contract.3. The Costs Of As-Built Documentation Are Fully Borne By The Contractor Who Was Awarded A Public Contract As A Result Of The Procedure. The Contractor Will Include The Costs Of As-Built Documentation In The Price. Any Changes To The Documentation Should Be Made In Writing And Authorized By The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Allow Access To The Work Site For Investor Supervision Employees And Employees Of The Construction Supervision Authority, Who Are Responsible For Performing The Tasks Specified In The Construction Law And Providing Them With The Information Required By The Act.5. When Performing Construction Works, Only Construction Materials And Products With Functional Properties Enabling The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements Specified In Art. 5 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Construction Law - Approved For Trading And General Or Individual Use In Construction, And That They Should Comply With The Requirements Set Out In The Detailed Technical Specification. Equipment Owned By The Contractor Or Rented To Perform The Works Must Be Kept In Good Condition And Ready For Work, And Must Comply With Environmental Protection Standards And Regulations Regarding Its Use. Upon Request, The Contractor
